Alias Theatre is delighted to be co-producing community projects in the next few months with the newly established Big Bang Theatre.

Big Bang Theatre works specifically within the applied theatre sector, providing arts projects in a range of community settings.  Projects focus on excluded social groups and those for whom access to the arts is limited.

Later this year, Big Bang Theatre will also be part of important research into how the creative arts can be used to facilitate the integration of refugee children into host communities.  This will be a long-term project over the next 3 years, eventually resulting in the development of an arts integration programme that could be applied to communities with frequent or high levels of refugee/asylum-granted children.

Alias Theatre is looking forward to working with Big Bang Theatre as the Shared Moon research projects unfold.
